Aerial Kids Yoga
7-10 year olds. Kids classes are in English.
Kids' aerial yoga is an amazing way to get your kids started in yoga! We use a hammock suspended from the ceiling to practice movements and start to create mind-body-breath awareness. Specifically designed for children, this class involves music and play. Your kids will learn about alignment and inversions safely while having fun.

Yoga for children encourages them to move creatively in a non-competitive environment while honoring each child's unique expression of the poses, including breathing techniques to calm, balance, and strengthen. Stepping onto the yoga mat, the 'magical carpet', they can experience together with their own unique imagination traveling to any destination and have fun also meeting new friends.
