MEET OUR TEAM

Laura Eyer

Prenatal Yoga & Tiny Yogis Baby Yoga

My style of teaching is a blend of the many different types of yoga I have learned over the years along with my education in anatomy and psychology. As a mother of two children, I practiced yoga before and after my pregnancies and it made such an amazing difference for my mind and body during all the changes that develop when having babies.

My main goal as a teacher is to incorporate joy into everything I do. My prenatal classes are designed to help the mother feel her best and prepare her for delivery and after. The Baby Yoga I teach helps the mom take time to just be with her baby while using yoga to help her body heal.

Yoga taught me that challenging myself and working hard could be a happy experience and I use some aspect of yoga, from breath work to mindfulness, every day with my family. Life, like your yoga practice, should be filled to the brim with joy.

Prenatal Yoga

I was first introduced to yoga at 17 in one of my secondary school’s gym classes and was immediately fascinated. This was followed by lots of at home yoga sessions guided by youtube turorials and an active participation in my university’s yoga club. There I explored all types of different yoga styles, from Hatha, to Vinyasa, Aerial, Acro and Yin yoga. Finally, when the world slowed down due to the pandemic and yoga became more and more an every day safe haven for me, I decided that it was time to take my love for yoga to the next level and complete my 200h teacher training. Soon followed my Yin training an I am now teaching several classes ranging from Hatha to gentle and now prenatal as well. Having lots of wonderful pregnant women show up to my gentle yoga classes, I have experienced first hand how fun it is to teach pregnant people, because let’s be honest, nobody needs/wants to relax more than them.

Prenatal Yoga

I like to be in the flow! Yoga can cultivate a focus on flowing movements in every single class, doesn’t matter if it is a vinyasa, pre- or postnatal or even a kids yoga class.

In 2005 I discovered yoga and explored several yoga styles like hatha, vinyasa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti… and finally yoga became an important part of my day-to-day life.

After my daughter was born, pre-, postnatal and kids yoga followed and I changed my life to become a yoga teacher and share my love and passion for yoga.

Yoga just makes me happy! It helps me to calm my mind, connect to my body, stretch and strengthen every single muscle. After a class I am always feeling totally relaxed and filled up with so much energy.

Prenatal Yoga

I am lucky enough to call myself a global citizen as I was born in Luxembourg, raised in the United States, have lived in the Netherlands, South Africa, Turkey and Czechia and traveled to more countries than I can count. This is a big part of my identity as I absolutely love meeting, working with, and creating connections with people from all over the world & all walks of life. I absolutely love: the smell of pine trees, warm autumn colors, good food (both cooking & eating), hiking with my dog, sunshine & inspiring conversations with friends and family. I have been a yoga teacher since 2015, following a personal trauma in which yoga became one of the greatest sources of therapy. I am also a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and integrative health practitioner specializing in the female hormone system. I, therefore, feel deeply passionate about empowering women through their health journeys in every stage of life. I teach most yoga styles, but my specialities are Bhakti Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. I’ll see you on your mat soon! Namaste!

Toddler Yoga

I discovered Yoga (and its magic) 10 years ago and since then it became a big part of my life.

It accompanied me though my pregnancy, helped me to recover after giving birth and I eventually really loved practicing Baby yoga with my daughter.

There are many times that I wish I had discovered Yoga and its benefits when I was a kid and for that reason, and to be able to share simple, safe and tested practices with the families in my community, I decided to attend my Baby and Toddler Yoga trainings.

Giulia Gallo

Kids Yoga

I was born and raised in Italy, but I left in my early 20s, then moved to London for 9 years. There I discovered Yoga, and I practiced through my pregnancies and in different countries. Yoga made me discover a new approach to life, it helped me to get to know myself in many ways and put me in touch with amazing people and magical teachers from all over the world.

After my kids were born, I decided it was the time to put together the two things I love the most: yoga and kids. I completed my 200H Yoga Teacher Training for Kids. Afterwards, I took a Mindfulness course to learn to use meditation as a way to connect with the present and to relax and let it go.

My ‘Gioca’ (play) Kids yoga classes are a mix of asana, games, stories, stretching, meditation and lots of fun!! The kids of today are the adults of tomorrow and I deeply believe it's our responsibility to give them the tools to fulfill their potential.

“Don’t worry, don’t hurry and be sure to smell the flowers along the way.”

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years and since then, it has been my daily practice whether on or off the mat.  Yoga has inspired me to live each moment more mindfully. I like to share what I learned, for the support of living in a more peaceful way, in balance and to live with joy which is our true nature.

Before coming to Luxembourg, I lived with my family for a decade in the Caribbean, where my Yoga journey started. The small island really taught me the art of slowing down. As we slow down, we become more aware and present by simply breathing and being in the moment.
